Default Looking for Extended Length Locking Wheel Bolts

Hi Everyone,

I am thinking about getting the Flat 6 Motorsports Spacer Kit for the 987. Comes with a 7mm spacer for the front and a 15mm spacer for the rear. Enough regular bolts are included in the set, but it does not include any locking bolts. I am paranoid about not having wheel locks on my car, so I am looking for bolts that will work. I have found a set of bolts that will fit the front (pictured below), but I cannot find any that will fit the rear. According to Flat 6 they are 45mm (threaded portion). Anybody seen any for sale?

Maybe call ECS and see if they can get some for 15's (where F6's come from)
If not, you could go 5 or 7/12mm with the locking bolts they carry for about the same stagger

i'll admit i have no idea where to find them...but FWIW, wheels don't get stolen in the numbers that they used to. it's faster, simpler, and one is less likely to get caught, to just steal the whole car. here's how...

thieves jack up each wheel individually and slip a roller device, similar to a skateboard, under each tire, push the car into position and then winch the whole car on to a flatbed and drive away. that way, the entire car can be dismantled and sold at one's leisure. the risk reward ratio is much more attractive this way. it can be done in five or ten minutes. for owners to make it more difficult and less likely to happen, they can park in a public place with their wheels close to a barrier such that access to one side of the car is restricted. an incline makes it difficult for the thieves too.

Yeah I've just fitted spacers to mine and not lost any sleep about a lack of security bolts. Having said that I am also not running a set of forged mega dollar wheels that would cost more than the car to replace...

Did you end up getting the spacer kit from Flat 6? If so, how did you like it, did the wheel bolts seem to be quality parts? I can't find any reviews or comments of this kit on forums.

Happy to answer any questions, we don't source our spacer kits from ECS, I'm not sure where that comes from. We design and develop in house and have a CNC machining partner make the spacers out of 7075 T6 aluminum. We source the wheel bolts from a manufacturer which are made out of an OEM/high grade 35CrMo 10.9 steel lug bolts with the Porsche ball seat. We 3D print essentially every mm combination to develop kits. We spend a lot of time developing kits test fitting usually 8-10 spacer combinations. The 7/15mm is a popular combination but in the future, we'll have specific kits for every generation like we do for the Macan, 992 and Taycan.

We've had some clients use the McGuard locking bolts. You will need a R14 bolt (14x1.5 thread). I'll get some shank length measurements tomorrow, I can't recall off the top of my head.
