Default MAF removal on 06 Cayman S

Replaced my AOS and cleaned out intake. It had some oil in there. Engine occasionally runs a bit rough. I want to clean the MAF. Is the tool the tamper proof T-20 for removal? Also, can I just replace the MAF if it is bad or do I just replace the entire section of the intake? I am only seeing the entire section with the sensor installed listed for sale?

Thanks,
Mac

Ekam,
Appreciate the link, but I did see that before. Even though it says 05 and later boxster have it integrated, I still see the two torx screws attaching it to the housing on my Cayman and was assuming I could just remove the sensor and not the entire section. Anyone ever do this on here?
