Welcome! You're at the beginning of an interesting project.

The closest that I've seen within this forum to what you're doing is someone who reduced their B'ster to its unibody so that they could build a mid engine cage on wheels.

It's a terrible description, I know. Try to search for it. I'm in the midst of a few things or else I'd be more helpful.

This type of swap has been done for sure (https://engineswapdepot.com/?p=43811), as far as coding things out, you can certainly do a lot of that with a durametric pro cable. How to do all of the specifics may be a good question for a porsche specific mechanic
