Default speaker sizes, why so much conflicting info

Hey guys I have some speaker rattle happening and I was going to just replace the component speakers but I can not nail down the actual size of the speakers. Every time I find what seems to be the answer another post, article etc say something else.
I have the 2008 base model with the 2.7ltr 6-speed. I don't see the "bose" logo on the door so I'm assuming I don't have that set up.

The RR should be a 4" (not in the base model but can put them in if desired)

The LWR doors 6.5" or 8.0" I can't get a solid answer.

The UPR door, can not find anything saying the size. Not even crutchfield.

The center dash looks like a 2.75"

The side dash tweeters appear to be .75"

Any input from the gurus?

Thank you everyone.

I replaced my Bose system in my ‘12 CS and the following are the speaker dimensions I encountered:

Dashboard - 2 X 25mm neodym tweeters Center - 1 X 70mm mid range loudspeaker

Door - 2 X 80mm loudspeakers, 2 X200mm Nd low range loudspeakers

Rear Sides - 2 X 80mm mid-range loudspeakers

Subwoofer in footwell, one 102 X 153mm low range loudspeaker

The 80mm were easy to replace, but 200mm I recall is not a common size. So I used 6.5 inch speakers with adapters I found on Amazon here: Exact Fit Speaker Adapter Spacer Rings For Porsche Vehicles - SAK066_55-1 Pair
Amazon Amazon

They worked great and I was shocked to find some random manufacturer made these parts for our cars. Hope this helps!

As a general speaker question then, I have a non-Bose system which sounds decidedly flat after my wife's Bose-equipped Mazda.
Would replacing the standard speakers achieve anything, or does an amp upgrade also appear on the agenda?

Not sure I've got the desire to do much more work...

you make any system sound better with replacing speakers for better ones.
