Anyone else bothered by the reflection from a light colored dash?
What did you do?
Assume you have a lighter interior? Dark interiors don't have this problem as much. Think about your car's cabin like a lightbox. Any object that is higher in luminance will become more obvious when its wavelengths are reflected on the glass.
The angle of the windshield is an important factor too, but there is really nothing you can to adjust this unless you prefer to remove the glass altogether. hahaha
You want to minimize the amount of light hitting surfaces if possible. Most states won't allow you to tint the front windshield, but adding tint to the sides and rear will minimize the amount of UV light inside the cabin that would normally be reflected.
Polarizing sunglasses do help a lot because they filter the reflective wavelengths. You could also get a flat black dash mat as suggested.
Not much you can do beyond those suggestions.
Oh almost forgot... last suggestion... drive at night!
There was a period of a few years where Porsche offered at tan (and maybe gray too) interior, which resulted in exactly what you have been experiencing. If you look at the configurator now, any light interior is two tone with a black dashboard. I think I heard somewhere that there was a recall for the light dashboards and that Porsche’s fix was to provide the owners of these cars with a pair of polarized sunglasses!
