Check engine light, code P0431
So the other day my check engine light came on. Purchased a FIXD engine diagnostic module (worth $50? Debatable). It was P0431, right bank catalytic converter efficiency low. Damn…do not want to spend $2,000 for cats or even $500 for O2 sensors. So I bought a can of cataclean. Threw it in the tank just below half full. It recommends 1/4 tank. Drove it roughly 35 miles and BAM no more check engine light. Today was a good day.
