Do you guys know by chance any online seller that has a license plate frame that says "Cayman" on it? I've tried Amazon, Suncoast, Pelican Parts, and one other website and all had to cancel and refund my order because they did not have it in stock.

i got one from suncoast last sept and supply was very limited then.
i had gone to or enquired with 4 dealership here in the GTA and had been told that PCNA had put a halt to any of the dealerships being able to restock the 'Cayman' licence frames....unfortunately he didnt know why or if the stop order would be lifted.

 

You might want to consider joining the PCA Cayman Register and asking / looking there. I am a Boxster guy and a member of the PCA Boxster Register. I find a lot of good info, ideas and ‘stuff’ there.

 

If you can wait until end of next month, I am waiting for the arrival of my new laser cutter/engraver. I plan on getting a new black frame and engrave Cayman 981 on it myself, just a thought.

 

It did, they tipped me off about a dealership who had some in stock and I was able to finally get one.
