Default 987.1 Ride Height Sensor

I'm currently removing the GT3 control arms from my Cayman and restoring the original suspension. The GT3 arms had a bracket that locked in with the spacer shims to attack the ride height sensor linkage arm. This is on the front driver side and I believe it's the litronics sensor, or just ride height / suspension travel sensor.

The control arms that came with the car that I am putting back on are 996 341 341 08 which I do not believe are original. The only trouble is, I do not know how to connect the height sensor linkage to this "new" control arm.

I haven't had any luck finding a reference photo of this bracketry for an unmodified 987.1. Plenty of photos of the brackets for when people go to the GT3 arm route. I can't seem to find the linkage in the Katalog or service manual either but may be looking in the wrong places.

Does anyone have any photos of this area so I can figure out what bracket I'm missing?

I think this is what you need. This is from my 987.2 (same LCA part number you referenced). The piece is plastic and looks like it snaps into a hole in the LCA body although I'm not sure of the orientation. The piece does not have a number on it. You might try calling Suncoast parts. I've usually had good luck with them.

My control arms doesn't have holes on the side, but has two in the center, as in your picture above. Is that where this plugs in to? Thanks!

Ah, that looks like part 996 341 371 03. Still not sure where it attaches, but I'm sure I'm missing it.

Yes the hole is in center near the inboard bushing. These have been loose in a box for a few years but I think it snaps as below. This would put the bracket hole in about the right location. There also some small tabs on the top side of the arm which may indicate the location.
