I have found the one that has what I was I searching for, and even some tasteful extras as a cherry on top. 2-owner, Sport seats, Sport steering wheel, sport chrono, Fabspeed exhaust, dual-row IMS retrofit & RMS replacement. One of the main selling points was the service records from 2010 documenting all part replacements & service. Also, Atlas Gray fits my eye really well (I know it does not for everyone).

I think you found a great car/great deal. Still can't believe this much car can be had for so little $$$. There likely can't be more bang for buck than a 987 series. I used to think the 05-06 Lotus might have been that, but not any more.
