I always service and repair my Porsche cars. I have dropped the engine and gearbox in my 964 etc, but how hard can it be to change the GTS time back for the end of daylight saving? OK, I gave up and read the manual LOL.
For some reason it's always interesting for me to see the tiny little localization subtleties; mine says "Daylight Savings Time", but yeah it's in the same location.
The good news is that now that you know where it is, you (probably) won't have to go through this again the next time.
Twice a year for about 15 seconds I wonder why Porsche and other car manufacturers haven't programmed their clocks so that the user goes into a menu one time, activates a "DST" code if they're in an area that uses DST, thus setting the clock to change automatically with each DST change date. Every other device I have has a function that makes the change automatically. Why not cars?
I know. I know. This is a First World problem. I'm just curious, not bothered.
