Agree most of above... replace the coil packs... 12 years of exposure to elements... easy while you're changing plugs

Then... drive it for another 60k miles

I just recently went through this same exercise on a new to me 2005 Boxster S with 65K on the odo.

Had the local shop (Lake Wylie Euro - awesome service so far if you're in the Rock Hill, Gastonia, Charlotte area of SC/NC) do oil, filters, plugs, and a precautionary replacement of the polyrib drive belt. Didn't think to have the coils done... if I were doing it again, it would be on the list.

Absolutely adore the car - best driving machine I've ever owned.
