No CEL's or fault codes with the 202 OTS and no changes with the vehicle from the 202 to 203 map. I would simply suggest to anyone with race headers to avoid any OTS map that is greater than 202.

The error codes you are getting are because either the post-cat O2 sensors are disconnected or both heater circuits in them have failed. If you have removed them you could connect them and tie them back to the firewall or install them in the headers if you have bungs for them in your race headers.

You are correct - no secondary o2 sensors installed. My race headers do not have bungs for them.

For others in a similar situation, you might be cautious with tying the secondary sensors out of the way by the firewall as I have read they get hot (I am led to believe over 300 F) and if you have race headers with a second bung, you might have to use a mini-cat to avoid error codes as well. Just want to share info with folks considering / investigating race headers to their 981.

Heat insulation material can easily withstand continuous 1000 deg F. Use some stainless wire to wrap it and fix it securely to the metal of the firewall. There are some holes in the area to use. I had my post-cat sensors in my hand while engine was running for about 10 minutes and they got barely hot enough to soften plastic of a ZIP-loc bag. In the end I removed them for track use.
