I have noticed for the first time today, that when I put the top of my 2014 boxster up or down, the headlights flicker pretty significantly. It stabilizes shortly after but I was wondering if this is normal or if there is anything I should watch out for.

Large electric loads often impart fluctuations to other loads.
Especially at idle.
This is an attribute of simple electric theory.

Susceptibility on roof activation though - if abnormal - might indicate a lower battery capacity or similar...
