Default Limit Exceeded warning

I am getting the circle with limit exceeded warning at 89mph. This is NOT a limit setting in the menu guide that I can tell. All of those are unchecked and none are set at 89. I can enable those and get the first warning at 75, second at 100, etc. This is a different warning. It just started happening. No recent service, etc. The only thing I could think and not sure the car is even smart enough to know this, but I filled up the last time with 92 vs. 93 octane. (only gas station around had 92 only) I was thinking maybe this was a limit because of the octane? Is that possible? I just put 93 back in this morning and still getting the warning.

Are your tires maybe set to winter tires or something?
