Default Sachs adjustable coilovers

Is anyone running Sachs coilovers on their CS or BS? The previous owner of my car had these installed and I’m trying to figure out the optimum setting for DE/autox. I believe that they are currently set to ride at the rest of world (ROW) height which is either 10 or 20mm lower than the US spec stock. Also, I’m currently set up on setting 8 of 20 which is on the softer side. Obviously stiffening will help, but not sure when it becomes too stiff and detracts from handling performance and/or street comfort.
I have not upgraded any of the other suspension components just yet as I’m currently running -1.5 camber on all 4 corners which to my understanding is pretty good with stock LCAs and toe links. Any input from someone with experience with this setup would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
