Boxter S without PSE , the valve always close?

my brother got 2016 Boxter S
on high RPM sounds great
there is a valve in this car?
mode i can do to open it? or must replace the all exhaust ?

If it has no PSE, it does not have a valve so the sound will never change (other than increasing revs). If you want more sound, you will need a different exhaust system (PSE or other).
