Default Can't find gear(s) when running

Greetings ,

2009 Boxster Base - New clutch recently installed . Was fine for a month or so, then slowly got harder to engage 1st. Progressed to wont go in 1, 2 or reverse when its running .No issues with motor off. No noise or grinding. I've drained and refilled diff/transaxle, realigned shift **** (and broke windshield pulling gear **** ...lol) , power bled the clutch. Pretty sure clutch is not releasing fully. I don't see any issue with master or slave cylinders. So ... did I do something wrong installing the clutch? Not grease or lubricate some critical component? Do I need to drop the tranny again and do something? Any ideas greatly appreciated.
