Dash buzz
Hello,
Greetings. I've been lurking for a while, but this is my first post. I have a 2015 Cayman Base, purchased CPO in March 2018. I've identified and fixed several annoying rattles/squeaks, but there is a dash buzzing/ticking that I cannot solve. It seems to be temperature-dependent, but can happen at any speed or on any road surface. I can recreate it by pushing (even gently) on the passenger side dash between the defroster vent and the windshield. This makes the tick sound. Any thoughts on how to fix it? Is it possible to pop off the top of the defroster vent without removing the dash? Thanks.

Bueller? OK. Has anyone removed the dash center speaker grille (the one that has the sun sensor)? It seems that removal may just be a matter of clips near each corner, but hopefully someone can confirm that. Anyone?
