Viper pilot

Hi folks, I've addressed this topic before and have searched and read every post on the topic but decided to ask the question again incase any one on here has any new information. I drive a 2014 Cayman S that has 14 way Porsche sport seats that are heated and also have the 'memory' functionality. I have been considering swapping those seats for the 18 way sport seats Plus with the same heating and memory features. My question concerns if this is a 'plug and play' change out? I've asked many 'experts' from the Porsche Club to the service reps at several Porsche dealerships to various 'Indys'. The answers I've received have varied all over the place. Has any one on here made this switch that could shed some more light on the topic.
