Default No audio 987.2 Bose rain damage

My car got rained on. Fortunately my sheepskin seat covers caught most of the rain, though the floors were still sopping wet. Everything seemed fine, except the audio. The head unit seems to operate properly but there is no sound output. Fuses are all fine. Would it be right to assume that the Bose amp, under the passenger seat, is likely the problem? Can it be repaired or would a used one be a better option? I'm guessing an aftermarket option that is plug 'n play is lots of $$$$.

thanks!

You might search for a used one that’s been pulled from another car.
