Those appear to be Avant Garde Ruger Mesh.

That is a fairly common style of wheel available from multiple manufacturers. I often see it referred to as mesh style wheels.

No affiliation, and can't speak to quality of the brand, but here is a super cheap set for sale that has been out there for a while. Can't go too far wrong for the price. I've seen several other 981s running this brand in one style or another:

I have the Avant Garde Ruger Mesh myself... love the look and they have held up great these past 3 years.
