Default Tire Question

I have used the search bar over and over, but wanted to get an updated opinion on tire replacement options for the 20in Carerra S rims. The Continental Extreme contact Sport has been out for awhile now, and I am curious as to their wear over time. Anyone had any experience with these? Also I know the board favorite seems to be the new(ish) Michelin 4s. As this will be used on a car that is driven regularly/typically spiritedly with a few potential track days down the road is the Michelin's worth the extra $400? Thanks for any input!

I have the 20" Conti Extreme Contact Sports on my BGTS. Dealership put them on the car as part of the CPO process. They are OK, I guess. I plan to replace them with the Michelins pretty soon. Probably well before they need to be replaced.

I'd use the 4S. Have them on my GT4.

I put a set of 4S on my 987S last summer after running previous set of N-spec PS2's down past the wear bars. Loved the PS2's, especially in the rain. Happy with the 4S so far. All these on stock 19's.

Unfortunately, still driving on my 18" snows here in Chicago... still! Come on Spring!
