Stock units that came with the car. Seem adequate so far.

None. I don't park the car anywhere outside that is questionable.

Also, the locks depicted in the image on the site you referenced looks different than other sites showing the same part number.

I'm not running any wheel locks now but the stolen wheels thread in this forum made me think. I'm planning to make some road trips in the future and sometimes it's inevitable to park the car overnight in a less than desirable motel parking lot.

SpyderSense, they should fit your Spyder. If in doubt, ask getPorscheparts.com. They are a Porsche dealer and very knowledgeable and responsive.

My guess is one is newer than the other. They are both genuine Porsche parts. Suncoast is showing the exactly same bolts as getPorscheparts.com

https://www.suncoastparts.com/product/LUGSETLOCK.html

By the way, getPorscheparts.com is offering free shipping for orders for $299+. I am putting a few parts on my wish list together to take advantage of the free shipping.

Spyder:
Just ordered the ones from Suncoast and installed yesterday evening. https://www.suncoastparts.com/product/LUGSETLOCK.html

I too am planning a few road trips, and this was easy for my peace of mind. I feel confident they would work on your '16 Spyder. And the ones I got, were exactly like the ones shown on your 5150 motorsport link.

Thank you. So for total clarification, the Suncoast image is not representative of the actual wheel locks you received? The 51510 image is?

Yes, that is correct. The ones I received from Suncoast are identical to the ones depicted in your 5150 link above.

Also noted this in Suncoast's documentation:
Set of four steel bolts for alloy wheels, with special mechanical-shape anti-theft coding system. Comes with the latest version available from Porsche, version may vary from the photo.
(emphasis mine)

And just to note, the security socket fits in the factory tool holder perfectly.

Be sure you get the exact length you need. I believe that Porsche has two different lengths.

That's correct. The regular length and the longer one for cars with 5mm spacers.

Correct........Suncoast has a pretty decent description:
Version:
Standard Bolt Set in Silver
Standard Bolt Set in Black
Long Bolt (cars with 5mm spacers), w/Red Collar
Long Bolt (cars with 5mm spacers) in Black

I got these today from getPorscheparts.com. I checked their website and they had updated the photo to these. It seems like these are the newest version.
