Default 7mm spacers - question

Anyone who installed the 7MM spacers find extra road rash appeared kicking up to rear bumper, near side rockers, etc? vs. no spacers.

Thx!

My 2015 S came with 7mm spacers (running 20" Carrera Classic wheels) but I haven't noticed any excessive wear in the body work anywhere. I think the spacers are there for the esthetic reasons only. I thought about removing them since the car was making slight vibrations at high speeds (95 mph+) but realized that I would have to change the wheel bolts to shorter ones in order to do so. The dealer performed high-speed wheel balancing on all 4 wheels and the vibrations are all gone. I'm leaving the spacers alone for now.

You're going to get a bit more road rash with more track, but it shouldn't be a big deal. Mine is about 13-15mm out thanks to LCA's, no major wear.
