Part identification quiz

Does anyone know what this is? Found in under the passenger seat while vacuuming. Apologies for focus and size, will try another shot.

Looks like a grommet of some sort. I wonder if you couldn't send the pic to one of the parts folks at Sunset Porsche to see if they might help identify it?
