there's an orange PTS in Ohio and a gray green one in CA
also, the CA dealer had a Vesuvio one that is gone
any other PTS Cayman Rs out there?

The PTS Cayman R if I am not mistaken is a non metallic red from the Cayenne GTS aka GTS Red

I find the one at Beachwood of special interest. We have been told that 'RS Orange' is no longer an approved PTS color by 'Porsche Exclusive'. So my guess is that this PTS color is 'Pastell Orange', which is a new hue that has been approved by PAG which closely resembles the '07/'08 gt3 RS color.

By the way, this might also be the new Penske Porsche dealership that bought the old Stoddard in Willoughby, Ohio from the Porsche family and moved it to Beachwood!

The non-met gray/green is interesting... would need to see in person. I'd like more alcantara (wheel, doors, shift boot etc.)

There was a guy at both 6Speed and Planet 9 that claimed he had bought this Orange Cayman R. I just talked to the dealership to confirm the color code for the paint and I was told that deal fell through & car is still available!

The official paint code on this car is LZ17. The gas door code is 'Z17'. According to the salesman, they ordered 'Orange' via PTS and this is what they got. I believe it's probably 'Pastell Orange' since 'RS Orange' is no longer allowed and that color has a different code. In fact, Beachwood has a used Limited Edition Boxster in Orange in their showroom. The colors are similar (according to the salesman) but the paint code on the 2008 Boxster is '8C6'.
