does anyone know a place in Los Angeles that does emblem installs?

It's an easy DIY...
Remove letters with dental floss and clean off remaining adhesive.
3M VHB tape (15lb or greater) will hold up for the life of the car. Cut the tape to fit the back of the letters and prepare for installation.
Set a line for your new letters using masking tape to get everything lined up properly.
If you mess a few up, you can always repeat the steps to do it again until they're perfect.
