For all those with PTS, check with your dealer for a V-status update. Someone local that I know who also has a PTS Spyder was notified that his order hit v215 with a January completion!!! Way earlier than I expected. I haven't verified the status of my order yet as my dealer was closed when I received this info.

Would be elated to get info on a build date...
No so excited for a February delivery in Colorado !
Donovan, let us know.. If you're at v215 as well, that would be a good sign things are (finally) progressing! If I get a chance today, I'll call my SA.

Haven't heard but I too don't really want it in the middle of the winter! If it comes when there is still snow and salt on the roads in IA they can deliver it in a trailer right to my garage! Then I guess I can look at it until April or when I take a road trip to AZ....

Not sure, had him double confirm it though. Both Porsche Exclusive (Melissa W.) and our dealer sales manager stated the same info.

Couple updates... The PTS person that I mentioned earlier that got to v215 reverted back to v180 due to him updating his order. Mine still stands at v170.

I did get a HUGE nugget of info from Porsche... Only 22 PTS Spyder's were approved from Porsche AG for the U.S. Market!!! If you managed to get approved, count yourself lucky!!!

The wait is painful, but it will definitely be worth it!!!

That's a really low number. . Though we still don't know for sure how many are being sent to the US.

Thanks... Almost feel like I won the lottery. No info on the LWB's... sorry. I want to know how many Spyders have been allocated to the US to date and what the final production number is pegged at, but I feel like it will be a while before we get that info.

Question for those in PTS limbo:
The mirrors - are those 1/2 painted like the other cars or are they full paint ?
Was looking at pics and realized I hadn't thought to ask.
