Cayman TPC power pack

Installed this kit today on a 2014 S. Thanks Mike and Tom from TPC. Install is pretty straight forward but not for the in-experienced mechanic. Hardest thing was getting past all of the interior pieces! once in the engine bay we removed the rt side manifold and the the center plenum and TB. Cover for the starter wires needs to be modified for clearance and than reassemble with new plenum and bigger TB. Getting it all back together can be tricky and the large oval clamps suck! Also need to assemble the TB/Plenum/Y pipe to the air intakes (yes the car has two!) outside the car with the TB rotated 90*. Then stuff it all back in and cuss a few times getting the Y pipe back on. The kit comes with a new vent pipe for the air oil separator but I think it is meant more for parts than anything else. We heated separated, cut and reassembled a new one form the original and the new and it came out very stock looking. The other vacuum line to the tank vent switch was done with some 5/16 hose and the quick disconnect from the original. Stuffing the new electronics is challenging and then reassembling the interior, again tricky. These cars are packaged very tightly. Car is at the dealer now for a TB remap to match new parts. We'll see how is does when the owner drives it. Seemed pretty perky to me but I haven't driven it much.
