Center consoles have increased in size over the years, and seem to be accelerating in girth each year. I'd love a console delete option. Why can't my Boxster have a flat floor like the original VW beetle? Afterall, the transmission/transaxle is in the rear of the car and we have cubbyholes built into the doors....

Not really interested in the Evora. Bottom line is even in S form it doesn't perform as well as a 987.2 Cayman S, yet is considerably pricier. If you were bringing the new Exige S into the discussion that is 600 lbs lighter than the Evora; that would be a different story. Unfortunately, we don't get the good Lotus cars in the US anymore; except for track only use.

If they did bring the Exige S back to the US, I would probably buy one.

yeah I don't think Lotus is value proposition. Which becomes glaring when Porsche looks like the bargain of the two.
