I've just finished installing the last of the engine mods (IPD Plenum/Throttlebody/Ypipe, Fabspeed race headers, Verus dry air filters, Rennline coil packs, Bosch spark plugs, a GT4 coolant thermostat, and FVD ECU and TCU tunes, as well as a brilliant JP custom exhaust in the works). I feel like I've covered my bases pretty well but I feel like the car wants to make more power. I'm willing to put another 5k into upgrading the engine, if it were you, what would you put that money towards? All maintenance has been taken care of and I have an X73 kit in the mail, but I want to max out my engine before buying other parts like monoball mounts etc. Obviously big changes like increasing the displacement to 3.6l or 3.8l are out of the question, and I'd like to keep the car NA. Note: This is my "fun" daily driver so it still has to be very reliable. I've taken the car on 5 spirited cross-country trips and it hasn't given me one serious problem. So far all the other mods have treated me pretty well, so I'm hoping this last 5k I've set aside for engine components can get me another 20-40whp without compromising that peace of mind.
Have you looked into the Dundon intake runners? Maybe reach out to FVD or Softronic and see what they have to say as for other performance mods that they have experience with.

I actually was looking into the HPA model intake ducts. They look sweet, and you don't need to tear up your interior to fit them like you do with the BGB model. I got into contact with them a few weeks ago asking about compatibility with the S (since they're made for the GT4 specifically) and they said it should work if I'm willing to do a few unspecified modifications. Intake noise is not a problem (I love it) but the pricetag being over a quarter of what I paid for the car is what's putting me off. I appreciate the input though.
IMO you should add the 911 coil pack heat shields. I added in Spring 2020 to track the car and still have the OEM coil packs. You didn't indicate that you tracked, but the heat exchanger is the weak link in oil cooling. TPC racing in Maryland adds a larger 911 heat exchanger. There are also larger heat exchangers for the PDK OR an add on air to fluid.
