I suspect the "alarm" is primarily to indicated a failed bulb, but high voltage apparently is also an alarm.

@RJH_MUSIC I was playing with my ThinkDiag yesterday and saw the program line to code out the headlight alarm. Hopefully this will be easy once you're ready to do the programming.
