I suspect the "alarm" is primarily to indicated a failed bulb, but high voltage apparently is also an alarm.

@RJH_MUSIC I was playing with my ThinkDiag yesterday and saw the program line to code out the headlight alarm. Hopefully this will be easy once you're ready to do the programming.

Thanks much. Waiting for my CTek battery maintainer to arrive. Once hooked up, i will dive in.
