Boxster S 981 Caliper Spring clips Help- 2014--> 2015
Hello All,
I am hoping You can help me with this. I swap my brakes and rotors for DE/ Track weekends on my 2015 Boxster S 981 and have been having a hell of a time with the spring/ steel clips in the rotors.
On my Buddies 2014 Cayman S the clips are staionary/ fixed in place and we can swap them in 10 min per side.
With my 2015, I don't know if Porsche changed something but they are "loose" flop all around and are almost impossible to get into position when inserting the pads.
Has anyone else seen this, know anything about this and ideally, can You offer a solution/ some aftermarket spring steel clips or ?????
Thank You in advance for Your help. This has been the biggest PITA every track weekend.

Davecramer,
Thank You very much for Your input... So that's OK to not use them? That would immediately solve my problem if so.
I'll try it. Next Track weekend is at CMP- South Carolina in Sept. I have new Padgid pads and track only rotors now.
Thank You again!
