Default Weird Behavior with Windows on 981 BS

So I just had my 981 BS delivered a week ago, and I noticed some weird behavior going on with the windows. With the top down, and windows all the way down, when I open the door from the inside the window goes UP a little bit. Then when the door closes, it goes down. Its like its trying to compensate for when the window is all the way up, how it should drop a little. I also noticed the drivers side window switch inconsistently does the "1 touch up/down" functionality. Not sure if thats related or not. Any ideas here?

Should be normal. Mine does the same when I open the door. I’ve read it is to „stabilize“ the windows while closing the door (less rattle).

Wow if thats true, thats some amazing German engineering. I need to do more testing and see if it has issues with the top up and what not, but I've only had it a week and the top has been down 90% of the time.

My 350Z does the same. It was my understanding that it improves the seal between the window and door seal.

It's correct behaviour. The one touch window up or down is just technique because the switches are two position. You need to make a positive selection for the full movement and light selections for partial operation.
