Default Odd Black Staining on Convertible Top

I have noticed a very dark/black discoloration on my top in certain spots on my 981. These do not appear to be due to any hand print, etc. but rather from normal operation. They are MUCH more visible than the photos show. The following photos shows the issue. Your experience and comments are appreciated.

Looks like normal dirt from the top being retracted.

What are you using to clean the fabric then protect it? I use regular car wash for cleaning then 303 Fabricguard 1-2x a year.

Maybe visit a local detailer to see if they can clean those couple of spots.

I use the 303 convertible top cleaner and sealer. The staining at the rear window is new and definitely looks like it was wicked up from around the edge. The passenger side mark has always been there an no amount of cleaning removes it.
