Hi folks -- just bought a 981 Boxster S. So far, love! Happy to be here.

I have some basic questions
- If I turn on sport exhaust but not sport driving mode, what happens?
- If I turn on sport mode but not sport exhaust, what happens?
- If I turn them both on, what's different about the behavior of them both on compared to the prior two questions?

One really has nothing to do with the other. The sport exhaust is programmed to come on by default when you activate the sport modes, but you can simply turn it off if you dont want the PSE exhaust valves open when in sport mode. Sport mode is sport mode with all of its specific functions listed in your manual whether the PSE sport exhaust is on or off. All you are doing with the exhaust button is switching the PSE valves open/closed for quiet or loud mode.
