Max wheel offset

Default Max wheel offset

Hi, i have a question,
I have a opportunity to buy wheels with parameters :
20x9 et 40
They Will fit to cayman 981?
Especially the front

I don't think that would fit on the front.

I'm running a 20x8.5 et57 with a 7mm spacer so that's effectively et50 and the wheel is almost flush. Some people run 10/12mm spacers so that would be 47mm or 45mm effective offsett.

A 20x9 et40 would give you 4mm more clearance inside but extend 16mm mm further than my setup and I think that may poke excessively.

Apex has a good fitment guide and their most agressive setups are running 9 inch wide wheels with an et46 up front.
