Mic Count for CDR31

Mic Count for CDR31
I picked up a wonderful spec 981 boxster GTS this summer and am looking to modernize the interior. I've decided to do the NMAutomotive kit to add Android Auto / Apple Carplay. My car was equipped with the CDR31 system, and I've purchased a used PCM3.1 to install the new NMAutomotive kit in.
I need to know if my car is equipped with one or two microphones before I purchase NMAutomotive's kit? I have read all US 981s were equipped with two mics (both CDR31 AND PCM3.1 cars). Can anyone confirm?
Cheers,
Luke
(P.S. I am aware that the PCM3.1 will need to be coded to my car to function and plan to have this done!)

Updating this thread in case someone else is curious about the same thing...
CDR31 cars are equipped with a single mic, located underneath the steering wheel cover. PCM cars are equipped with two mics that are used in conjunction to increase call quality. If you swap the CDR31 unit for the PCM unit, your calls will sound quiet and distance on the other end because the system is expecting input from two mics. To access the mic(s) and lift the cover, you just need to rotate the steering wheel to expose and lift up two tabs that lock down the cover. Here is what you'll see:
