Found a beautiful 2013 981 Boxster in Dark Metallic Blue/ Platinum Gray 6spd w/ 18k miles on it, single owner, and being sold to me with a CPO warranty. All for $40k....I feel that's fair. Thoughts?
Price looks fair especially with CPO. Check the door cards before CPO expires. As a 2013 it should have had 2 intermediate maintenances. The spark plugs are the most important. Engine air filters can be DIY, but a bit of a PIA. Check battery and tire dates. You don't want to learn a frunk jump. Anything older than 5 years needs to be closely monitored.
As part of the CPO process and my request, they are doing all needed services (plugs, brakes, tires, etc) which is great. Air filters I was planning on doing the BMC drop-ins.
How does the Boxster feel compared to the Audi? Do you notice the power difference from the Audi or is it all about the handling and "sports car" feel with the Boxster? Also, here is some Fidelity warranty information for your consideration with your new purchase, repairs accepted at all Porsche dealers and licensed independents in the country, for an example contract that explains coverage, you can reach me at tgibson@highline-autos.com or (855) 924-1333

Beautiful car and a very fair price in today's market. For comparison, three years ago, we bought a similar car, a 2014 with 19K miles, for $36K. We still have it, and we love it. Good luck with it, and enjoy it in good health!
