I've had one on order from suncoast for a year. About a month ago they sent an update email saying there is now an estimated delivery of early Q2 2023. I hope that is true. I'll check with them soon and see if their story changes. I'll report what they tell me.

I’ll open it up some time this weekend and see what it looks like. I’ll take some pics and you can see what condition is like. I would be willing to sell it

I checked out the exhaust and all the components are in great shape. It looks like it has had very little use. The chrome tips look great and there is very little signs it was on the car very long. I’m not really sure of the value but my local dealer confirmed it is nearly impossible to find the PSE in this shape. I appreciate your interest but may put it in the swap shop to the highest bidde. If you want to make me an offer, feel free.

I was also in the same situation with my 981S being one without PSE and with no hope of getting the PSE anytime soon I went the Soul route. I'm very happy with how it sounded on my test drive, I'd say is like the standard exhaust note but 30% more volume. Once the snow melts i'll be able to tell you more but I feel like it was the right choice. Didn't go valved as its only a weekend car that I mostly drive alone.

swapped to soul valved from stock pse.
I think it sounds deeper, but loudness is pretty similar it’s got more of a grunt now.
might put the pse back on and sell the soul. It’s an improvement, but I think I’d be happier with the $2000+ in my pocket.
for those without pse, it’d a great improvement imo.

you kinda convinced me to keep the US$4500 now. I have PSE on the car from the factory. $4500 could do other quite a few other things on my 981 GT4 …

Love the soul valved but can’t justify 4500 bucks when I spent $200 on a used exhaust and $300 to cut some pipes and weld to mimic the carnewal mod. And add $20 bucks for VHT ceramic coating which is holding up better than expected. She sounds about 85% of a PSE but no button and less burbles. I was gonna get a PSE but 2100 and over a year wait for a button seems a bit much.

I have about 2 weeks before Soul Performance street headers and valved exhaust go on the cayman. Feel like a little kid waiting on christmas day.

I had the PSE on my Cayman S and I loved it. But I needed the sound to be a bit louder and deeper. this is what the Soul gave me. I kept my PSE in case some day I do headers with the soul and it is too loud, then I will revert to PSE with headers which is also a very good sound.
Here is my review of the Soul Exhaust. With drive by, exhaust clips etc.

Some sound clips of the PSE at 4.38 on this video

Hey! Did you by any chance still have the PSE? I'd more than be willing to buy it!

i still have it. Its not officially for sale but I can let it go for the right price. Pm me an offer. If I do sell it I’ll also include the soul valve controller and remote (to open the flaps etc). I did not need it since i had PSE from factory.
