Should I be calling local dealers or speciality independent Porsche shops?

Do you have the PSE in hand? Cause finding them is tough. I personally would install myself and if I had some trouble go to an Indy first than a dealer for the programming.

Only indy shops I've used has been RSW Euro in Green Brook NJ and Bodymotion in Ocean, NJ. I did not like BodyMotion's attitude or how they handled me and the work I had done. RSW on the other hand, has been fabulous every time I've been there and will only go there now for service. You might also look up @DeMan Motorsport since they work on these all the time. I'm sure if you had the parts in hand, they could give you a quote on installation.
