Default Sudden static from stereo

Hey guys, I have a 981S with the CDR31 stereo and the boss system. I have installed the Joyeauto module a few months ago. I had no problem until yesterday. I'm starting to hear static when I listen to some music. Only happens when the stereo is on. It subtle and I can hear it when I pay the music loud. The source is irrelevant. I have the same issue if I play FM music or directly from Spotify.

I'm thinking that the AMP is dying. What do you guys think?

I assume you mean Bose system. This means you're using the Joyeauto module to convert analog to optical for the Bose, most likely? If that's the case, I would suspect there's an issue with your wiring, probably on the module since its happening on all sources. Also, when you use such a module, generally you're not touching the amps and such, and since they're optical and the "last thing you touched" was the module, that's where I'd start to look...

It could be the amp as well, but again if you didn't touch that then chances are it's your module. Can you test by removing the module and seeing if the problem goes away?
