No, they are actually the same or even more expensive direct from M&M. My Indy that ordered these for me originally is German, and a former driver and Porsche race team owner, so he ordered them for me at a better price than I could’ve gotten myself.

The plaque is actually there. For some reason it’s a weird effect on the photos that makes it look like it’s blank but you can see the weld marks on the outer edges. I don’t recall exactly what the plaque says though, but nothing to do with FVD

We build our systems in house with a team of a couple dozen skilled craftsman. We back-purge our welds and offer a lifetime street or track warranty on craftsmanship. Once we are finished with building, we media blast these with our own formulation of substrate for that fit and finish worthy of a top shelf product. Here's a 981 Long tube street header in production.

Yes, I saw that today as well. Strange as most dont spend thousands on upgrades before selling two weeks later, so something in life must have changed quickly. I hope all is OK

the car is transformed with the Headers and Tune, revs freely like never before and sounds like a Formula1 race car! Yes, something has happened I have an opportunity to invest in a new Campground my buddy is building, it could mean income for life so I’m selling the Cayman even with the new Exhaust

Congrats on the new investment opp!

I agree nothing beats aftermarket high flow headers, exhaust, and tune! It is a gamechanger, indeed!

The OEM for FVD products is a well known company in Germany called M&M which also provides the factory Porsche cup car exhaust, so there are a lot of high quality makers out there to choose from. I purchased my headers directly from M&M, and they are a work of art!

I think this is the best catted design I’ve seen.

Segmented primaries instead of a single piece keeps the pipe diameter more consistent through the bends.

And they are really going out of their way to keep the primaries as equal as possible. The middle primary (usually the shortest length) is routed to the farthest inlet of the merge collector.

Somebody please do a header shootout so we can see if any of that is worth the extra money!

Agreed! Someone out there must have the time and money to get this done for the sake of everyone's interest, right? lol

Those do look very similar to what I got last from Topgear UK when I purchased their 200 cell high flow sports cats for my 981 (https://www.topgear.co.uk/porsche-bo...th-sports-cats). I am very pleased with the quality and craftsmanship when I received them. Here is an actual clip of unboxing of mine (https://photos.app.goo.gl/pnmkEyuJRoeKK67T7).

I have decided to keep my car, happy happy joy joy, with that being said, I’m super pleased with the Soul Headers and softronic tune, there is a little drone with the Top Performance cat back exhaust, may switch to either a Borla or brombacher, thoughts?

For me, I've been a long time Borla patron and I had to have them on my 981. I wished Borla made 981 headers. If you have Soul headers, I'd take advantage of getting the Soul exhaust system to match. That's the perfect marriage IMO.

I'm now keeping the Top Speed Pro 1 Catback $879, behind my Soul Headers, at first I did not like the drone at 2200-2400 but now it seems to be mellowing, or I'm getting used to it. Along with the Soul Headers and Softronic tune, it wails!!!!!!!!!!!!!
