ADM is for those that don't care about 15-20k and just have to have it now.
I'd politely ask the dealer if they are looking to continue your vehicle buying relationship? If so, you'll buy at MSRP.
This is just my opinion... there is nothing I want bad enough to pay an ADM.
EDIT: just noticed you're in CA... it's a different world out there and one I'm not qualified to comment on.
