Default Tpms fitment...?

Does anyone recall if the rubber part of their TPMS sensor is tapered or flat? This set that my shop ordered is tapered and doesn't really fit. I'm wondering if its a manufacturing/size issue with the wheels or if its the wrong sensor?

They are tapered with a nut that also has a crush washer and you have to tighten it down past the crush washer and it will fit. All valve holes and fitment are standard across the board on all passenger cars minus a few exceptions on some HRE and BBS racing wheels that have a completely different size hole.

That is what I figured, I'm having them touched up at a machine shop to make sure everything is right. Thank you for confirming!
