Default Standard interior leather content question - What's real leather and what's not?

My Cayman base has standard interior with the 2-way sport seats, heated and ventilation options. What parts of the seats (if any) are real leather? I tried searching the forums for "partial leather" and "leatherette" but at a quick glance, most results appeared to be discussions on preference. I'd like to know what each portion of the seat covers are constructed of, and how to care for them. Also, I would really like full leather on these and have been surfing ads since I bought it three years ago but very difficult to find with heat and ventilation. Any well respected upholsterers that specialize in Porsche seat recovering? Most of the ads that I follow up on do older models. I don't recall seeing anything for 981 without specifically contacting the businesses and asking.

Only the seating surface itself is leather on the standard interior if I recall correctly. I use 303 cleaner and protectant on all my car interiors as it works on everything and doesnt leave any greasy/shiny residue on anything like many other products do

I have my doubts about the seating surface being real leather. 303 might be the way to go for th e whole thing. I use it on the rest of the interior but use a leather care product for Griot's for the seats. Probably a dumb idea because you have to use it just on the inserts and then 303 on the edges. Damn, I really want to get replacement seats of full leather covers for these.

I just remembered that I had Suncoast do a detailed VIN run for me a few years ago, and here are the specific details regarding my seats. I have the standard interior, but the sport seat option also with ventilation. This indicates that the seating inserts and side supports are the only part that are leather, however I dont know what the difference between LED and THE leather are?

IIRC, with the standard interior, you have to have the sport seat or sport seat plus to have the leather sitting surfaces. Otherwise, they are leatherette.

Ah, good to know. Didn't realize it was tied to the sport seat option. The OP here has sport seats, so should be the same as mine above if so
