Seeking input on if I am too high or too low based on any who have recently been on the market.

Given the current market you may of listed it a bit low. Potentially putting my wife's S up for sale as well and we wouldn't be to far off from your asking. Good luck with the sale

Take this from someone actively looking for a GTS.
You're price is high. I'm looking for a GTS and wouldn't pay that much for such high mileage. Yes, 37k isn't high mileage but it is for that price. If you were well under 30k miles, we would be talking right now. You can find CPO cars with half of the mileage for about $5k more and that's a better value proposition. Yes, there are cars priced higher than that, but they are sitting. I check daily.
You may get your asking price but it will take quite a while with a lot of BS. Whenever I decide to sell things, I price them to sell and it eliminates all the BS. No negotiation, it's a good price, take it or leave it. Could I get a few bucks more, yep, but it avoids weeks of aggravation.
There was a GTS here on Facebook Marketplace with 39k for $63. Sold in about 2 weeks. Otherwise plan on lots of tire kickers in the meantime.

I'm certainly not an expert on 981 values, but looking at cars.com I see only 1 GTS offered for under $70K and it has 49K miles on it. Everything else is $71K and above. Now, I understand that asking price is not sale price, but with the scarcity of cars available I see no issue with your asking price, that's probably about where I'd be if it were mine. For fun it would be interesting to see what Carvana or the like would give you for it. I'd bet it would be in the low 60's.

Try Vroom if you are curious about an offer price. They seem to be one of the highest and their offer includes free pick up (maybe they all do?).

What exactly is high in this current market?! I agree with whoever said above it’s easier to negotiate a little off than realize you undersold. I’m not enamored with the market currently because I can’t reasonably buy a 2nd Porsche to go alongside with what I have BUT it’s nice knowing my car is worth a helluva lot more than it was 2 years ago.
