I always used Sonnen Porsche for genuine parts, now called Marin Porsche. ( https://www.porschemarinparts.com/ )
They had the cheapest dealer parts I could fine online.. Then I talked to my local dealer and they will price-match Porsche Marin, so now what I used to pay in shipping I pay in tax.. usually ends up being a wash for most parts, and I generally can pick them up locally in 2 days.
The Marin guys are good though and I've bought lots of things from them over the years for my DIY projects.
I even bought my new bumper cover from the local dealer and delivered it to the shop doing the painting.. It was an insurance claim (deer strike) and the ins. company quoted Porsche dealer MSRP for parts, so by me buying with my discount I saved about 95% of the $500 deductible. Win!

I like FCP Euro and Pelican Parts. FCP has a great warranty where you can return used FCP items for a full refund (brake pads, rotors, spark plugs, etc.). For liquids, I like to scope out sales. Summit had buy 1 get 1 free so I bought tons of oil from them last year.

I've had good luck cross-shopping Pelican parts, Sunset Porsche (Beaverton), and Amazon. Suncoast also has inventory on some things that are good value; I bought the rotors and pads for my 991.2 there as they had the best prices on OEM. I have also heard very good things about FCP Euro.

Pelican and ECS Tuning are the places I've used the most. I've also had a good experience with Sunset Porsche in Beaverton, OR.

I'll add AutohausAZ. They have good selection of aftermarket parts (many of which are OEM mfr.) and competitive pricing.

FCP for anything they sell.
Sunset for all other parts since FCP does not sell a lot of Genuine parts that are very specific like fasteners, trim, etc.

I ended up buying the parts at my local Porsche dealership and paid less than from most of the sites suggested.

I mostly needed some engine air filters, went online at the Annapolis, MD Porsche dealer website. The price was $30 each filter, plus $20 shipping, but I was in the area where the dealer was and I gave him the printed screenshot of the order (which I didn't place) and he sold me the parts for the same price. I have seen them as high as $47 at other places online.
