Sorry for the bad photo but it’s from the passenger front area. Behind the the rad and in front of the wheel.

Im replacing some damages under body trim / skirt whatever it’s called and couldn’t tell if there is suppose to be a hose here or it’s an inlet for air to brakes etc? I tried looking at a parts diagram and couldn’t make the part out either.

Hard to tell from the photo but that looks like it's capped off just like the hose connector for the third (center) radiator is.
