Default Please let me know if my Cayman S gearbox mount is normal or damaged. Appreciate it!

I purchased a used Cayman S gearbox for a custom project, so I have nothing to compare the mounts to. I did not see the car that it came out of, not sure where the damage was. The driver's side mount appears to be cocked forward, the passenger mount is a perfect 90 degrees to the gearbox. Is this normal or do I need a new driver's driver's side mount?

Thanks!!
Dave

Hi, Dave.

I see that this is your first post. Just thought I'd let you know that this forum is generally not very active, particularly with regard to technical issues. You may have better results on the 987-981 board here: https://rennlist.com/forums/987-981-forum-125/

Thanks for your reply, could you please elaborate? Another forum member thinks that it looks like his did when he had to remove his. I don't see any stress cracking. You can confirm that it's definitely not right?
Thanks!
